I didn't like it, it sounded tinny and was hard to play.
Way too much money.
I sold it.

Bought this for my wife. She has small hands and this guitar fits her really well.
I was a bit skeptical about how loud it would sound, but this guitar sounds amazing. I borrow it from time to time and I'm starting to use it more than my everyday guitar!
No regrets on this one. Obviously, this kind of guitar, you need to make sure humidity levels are correct or you risk cracking the wood!

I researched this little guitar for quite some time before buying it. The friendly people at Long and Mcquade ordered it in for me and I wasn't disappointed when I opened the box and took a look. The mahogany top and sides are beautiful and it has a good solid feel to it.
After its initial tuning I had to tweak it back into tune a little bit every now and then for the first while as the new strings broke in, but that's normal. Now I hardly ever have to touch the tuning pegs. It keeps in tune well.
The sound is nice and warm. Being a small guitar, it doesn't have the volume that larger guitars have, but with the shaped (rounded) back on it I was actually pleasantly surprised at the volume it does have. Of course, you can also play it very quietly too with no pick. It sounds good either way.
The gig bag it comes with is great quality and really handy for taking it places. Especially with the back pack straps! There's even room in the front pocket for supplies and music books if you want to bring those too.
The only thing I was disappointed in with this guitar was the fact that it has no pick guard which isn't a big deal really...I just like the looks of having a pick guard. Picky me! But Taylor guitars has an after market guard for this guitar, so that problem was quickly solved.
Most people buy this guitar for their kids and yes, it would be an excellent choice for that purpose. I'm nearing 40 and I love this guitar too.

The first thing I thought when I saw it was it looks cheap. I find without bindings the lack of heal on the neck and the two Philips screws holding the neck on it looks un finished. The playability is awesome and the sound is unlike a 3/4 guitar! Its light and comes with a nice padded soft case. I was originally looking at the little Martin but I was glad I went for the Taylor. You won't be disappointed!

I bought this guitar for my 10 year old daughter over the phone and normally would've liked to played it first. But was i impressed when we got it. I couldn't believe how loud and how good i sounded. The set-up was good. The string action is comfortable for my daughter and she does not complain about it hurting her fingers.. All said and done she loves it. This guitar will not discourage any young player from wanting to play because of finger pain. AWESOME!!
