Feel insanely good on fingertips — so smooth, you have to try them to understand how much of a difference this makes. Calluses still get a good working. Takes more playing of course.
Much much MUCH thinner than other 11 gauge strings have used, something to do with string Coatings on others (I'd guess).
Don't get any volume fingerpicking unless really give strings good plucking. Once you get it down, not too bad. Can get strong sounds with pick. Sounds unreal with a good thwack of your thumb. Much less ugly squeaking, still good amount to sound natural. Very easy to play, can fly up and down neck at near electric string ease, still getting clear notes. Rather snappy and bright I think are the words.
Definite worth the small price tag to try something new
