This product is not built well. I purchased a few to use with a school program and they have all since fallen apart. First was the cases falling apart followed by the keys breaking off. This item is great for the value, just don't expect it to last more than a couple of months.

Just note that the box will say glockenspiel instead of xylophone, but that is what I expected anyway. It was tuned nicely, so that was a nice surprise considering the price.

We bought this for our 4 year old son and are astounded by the quality of the sound for the low price. Bought it sight-unseen, online. It wasn't in stock at the time of the order and so I was worried it would not get to us before Christmas - but it arrived in less than two weeks' time so lots of time to spare. Sturdy carrying case as well. Highly recommended for the budding Gloc player.
